PURPOSE: A road stud is provided to help for careful driving in the daytime and nighttime by guiding the eyes of drivers by being laid under the road surface on the middle of a road safety facility. CONSTITUTION: In a normal road stud provided with an anchor(20) laid under the ground, a body(10) adhered closely to a road surface to be exposed and a reflector attached to the upper part of the body, the body and the anchor are molded from a mixture of rubber or soft synthetic resins and a luminous paint in the shape of a normal body and an anchor, wherein cogged projections(22) are formed on the anchor.
