PURPOSE: A washing machine with a rotational washing tub is provided to supply water between a rotational washing tub and an outer tub into the rotational washing tub for generating new water streams to impact against clothing, thereby increasing the washing and rinsing performances. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine includes a rotational washing tub(21) mounted in an outer tub(13) for washing clothing while rotating, a pulsator mounted at a lower part of the rotational washing tub, a plurality of ducts(37) coupled with an outer circumferential surface of the rotational washing tub for outflowing the washing water between the outer tub and the rotational washing tub into the rotational washing tub.
