MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH DENSITY NON-WOVEN FABRIC

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of high density non-woven fabric which is characterized by not creasing and having beautiful appearance, a filling feeling and flexibility. CONSTITUTION: The high density non-woven fabric is obtained by a process containing the steps of: opening, carding, cross-lapping and needle punching to produce three-dimensional confounding non-woven fabric; contracting at 60-90deg.C of temperature in a line; steam-heating for 2-4minutes to recontract; and then compressing with a heat calender at 150-200deg.C of temperature on 4-8kg/cm¬2 of pressure.
