METHOD FOR FORMING SOFTWARE CAMCORDER

PURPOSE: A method for forming a software camcorder is provided to generate an image better than an original image by comparing changing areas of changing images to each other. CONSTITUTION: A frame is captured from an image during a changing process displayed on a monitor of a computer(201). A changed area is detected by comparing the frame with a frame datum having formation and a size corresponding to the frame(202,205). A compressed datum is generated by performing a screen optimizing process(203). The compressed datum is added to moving picture data(204). In the process for detecting the changed area, a row division process for the frame is performed. Initial buffer data are initialized as 0. The buffer is updated whenever the changed area is generated. A column division process for the divided area is performed. A selection process of compared areas is performed.
