PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electronic conference system able to effectively and efficiently operate the progress of proceedings, also perform data processing of an unsigned vote and questionnaire survey any time, automatically generate the processing results, and further perform various forms of group communications. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a control information storing means for storing information consisting of message link-related information which is inputted at the time when a message is stored and represents that the information is related to one or more existing messages, control information showing that a message is a program and mask information that controls the approval/denial of the storage or reading of the message, and a read controlling means for reading the message on the basis of the information of the control information storing means and controlling the storage and reading of the message on the basis of program execution and the mask information. |
