<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a media board and an electronic mail transmitting method in the media board, with which blackboard description contents can be distributed in the form easy to handle for the person concerned by converting the blackboard description contents to text data and distributing these contents to the person concerned as text data. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a scanner 7 for reading the blackboard description contents described on the blackboard surface of the media board as image data, an image data converter 8 for preparing an image data file, with which the image data read by the scanner 7 are converted to the designated image form, an OCR device 9 for converting the image data to text data and preparing text data file, and an electronic mail transmitter 10 for preparing and transmitting electronic mail attached with the image data file and the text data file prepared by the image data converter 8 and the OCR device 9.</p> |
