EXHAUST PIPE STRUCTURE FOR TWO-WHEELER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe structure reducing the mold cost and a working manhour and having superior external appearance in the exhaust pipe structure for a two-wheeler. SOLUTION: This exhaust pipe structure comprising an inner pipe 11 with no joint circumferentially and an outer pipe 12 with no joint circumferentially is formed into a double wall structure having an annular chamber S between the both pipes 11 and 12. The annular chamber S between the inner pipe 11 and the outer pipe 12 is filled with a cushioning material 13 such as SUS wool or glass wool so as to improve the exhaust sound quality. If the inner pipe 11 and the outer pipe 12 are made of titanium or titanium alloy, the weight can be reduced.
