PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant humidity storehouse preventing an adverse factor generated from concrete from entering a storage space and having satisfactory humidity conditioning effect. SOLUTION: In the constant humidity storehouse consisting of a floor part fixed on floor joists provided on a concrete floor surface at a predetermined interval, a wall part fixed on studs provided vertically on the concrete floor surface, and a ceiling part fixed on joists installed from a ceiling at a predetermined interval, the wall part is constituted by a wall substrate member 130 on a stud 103 side, a spacer 138 fixed on the wall substrate member 130, and a wall surface member 140 fixed on the spacer 138, and clearances 40, 50 are provided between the wall surface member 140 in a lowermost part and a floor and between the wall surface member 140 in an uppermost part and the ceiling over substantially whole width of the wall part so that all the wall surface members 140 abut mutually.
