PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source storage device that records image data and audio data and records attached information to identify the image data and the audio data. SOLUTION: The source storage device 108 is provided with an input processing section 171 that receives video data, audio data and meta data transmitted in an SDI format and separates them, an encoder (ENC) 172 that encodes the video data and the audio data, a recording section 173 that records the video data, the audio data and attached information such as the meta data, a decoder (DEC) 174 that decodes the data encoded by the encoder, an output processing section 175 that outputs the decoded video, audio and meta data in the SDI format, and a controller 176 that collectively controls each section. |
