PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone with a bone conduction microphone that allows a user to listen to sound information such as a speech by a mobile phone or stereophonic music in a highly stable state independently of an attitude revision of the user or the like. SOLUTION: A main body 1 that is formed to be U-shape, whose both ends are freely movable in approaching and parting directions, where the elasticity is energized in the approaching direction, is configured so that both ends 1a, 1b are in contact with ears of a person, a speaker 2 is provided respectively to both the ends 1a, 1b of the main body 1, and the bone conduction microphone 3 picking up a bone conduction sound to the ears of a person is provided at least to the one end 1a of both the ends 1a, 1b of the main body 1.
