The container comprises a lid (10) which is fixed by a hinge (14) to an opening (12). The lid has perforations (24,26) through which pins (24a,26a), which have catches opposite the perforations, pass when lid is closed on the opening. Non-return locking attachments (24b,26b) are able to be secured to catches.
