PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of a lubricant from a bearing member when a rotary shaft is inserted into the bearing member with the lubricant to keep the characteristic such as the shaft rigidity or the like from deteriolating. SOLUTION: A cylindrical bearing member closed at its one end and provided with the lubricant is prepared. A gas having a boiling point higher than a normal temperature is injected and packed into the bearing member from its opened end side. The rotary shaft is inserted into the bearing member in accordance with the liquefied contraction of the packed gas.
