PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inferiority of oil separation accompanied with a forming phenomenon when a compressor is stopped. SOLUTION: In this oil-cooled compressor, having an oil-cooled compressor main unit sucking air or gas into the main unit 3 to inject oil into a compression acting space to compress an acting fluid of air and oil and a receiver tank 5 and an oil separator 6 separating air and oil in the above acting fluid, an acting fluid introducing port 13 is provided in a side wall 12 in the above receiver tank 5, a turn space 20 is formed between receiver tank inner walls 19 by providing an almost cylindrical turn guide plate 16 in an inner side of the acting fluid introducing port, and a turn flow path of the acting fluid is formed by making the above acting fluid introducing port 13 appear in the turn space. Further, a take out port 21 of the acting fluid is provided in the above receiver tank 5, and the oil separator 6 communicates with the take out port. In addition a suction pipe 25 for introducing the acting fluid is provided inside the receiver tank of the above take out port 21, and an end part opening 26 of the suction pipe is opposed to a cover 15 provided inside a turn guide plate 20 and in an upper opening 14 of the receiver tank 5.
