PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording medium more enhanced in coercive force, squareness and medium noise, its manufacturing method and a magnetic storage device. SOLUTION: This magnetic recording medium has a nonmagnetic seed layer, which is formed on a substrate and consists of NiAl of about 1,500-4,000 ppm oxygen concentration, and a magnetic layer, which is formed on the nonmagnetic seed layer while interposing one or plural layers. |
