PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional driving controller that a signal cable connecting an operation terminal and a controller needs to have signal lines corresponding to the number of driving switches and becomes large in its cable diameter and another signal line needs to be added when a function is added. SOLUTION: An operation terminal 1 which is connected to controller 3 controlling plural driving shafts 5 through a serial interface 13 is provided with driving switches 2 for operating the driving shafts 6, and a command packet including a driving ID, a driving speed, and a driving time is generated on the operation terminal side by operating a driving switch 2 and transmitted to the controller 3 which controls the corresponding driving shaft.
