PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation restricting mechanism whose cost is made lower than that of the conventional mechanism and whose adjustment is simplified in comparison with the conventional mechanism. SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with a vertically moving part 2 attached to a base part 1 so as to move up and down, a rotational part 3 rotatable with respect to the base part 1, and a rotation restricting member 61 restricting the rotation of the rotation part 3. The member 61 is attached to the moving part 2.
