PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user, and to prevent the damage of equipment. SOLUTION: A force part 21 having a card insertion port is formed at the rear edge of a force member 3 supported so as to be freely movable in an A-B direction. This force member 3 is energized in a B direction by an extension coil spring 27, and a mobile member 4 equipped with a card holding means is moved in the A-B direction while being linked with the operation of the force member 3. A pressurizing lever 65 to be engaged with an engagement recessed part 25 of the force member 3 is energized by an extension coil spring 72 so that the force member 3 can be pressurized in an A direction. This pressurizing lever 65 is restrained by a restraining lever 73, and the restraint is released by a solenoid 77.
