PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic appliance high in durability and reliability, in which destruction of electronic parts caused by discharge of static electricity is prevented simply and inexpensively. SOLUTION: The electronic appliance which performs insertion and discharge of a storage medium through an opening has an electrically conductive member placed around the inserted storage medium and insulating material provided near at least the opening of a surface of a side opposed to the storage medium of the electrically conductive member.
