PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of taping work and winding work by automating the works. SOLUTION: A winding and taping device is provided with a bobbin shaft moving mechanism 13, which displaces a coil bobbin 11 to a plurality of stopping positions by moving the bobbin shaft 12 which rotates the bobbin 11 in the axial direction and a taping mechanism section 14a for barrier tape, which supplies and winds a barrier tape 46 to and around the bobbin 11, while the bobbin 11 is rotated by the shaft 12 at a first stopping position T1 for taping. The device is also provided with a taping mechanism section 14b for exterior tape, which supplies and winds an exterior tape 47 to and around the bobbin 11, while the bobbin 11 is rotated by the shaft 12 at a second stopping position T2 for taping and a winding mechanism 15, which supplies and winds a wire 48 to and around the bobbin 11, while the bobbin 11 is rotated by the shaft 12 at a stopping position W for winding. |
