PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a simultaneous developing and cleaning ability for a long period by suppressing toner from remaining on a temporary recovering body. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with an image carrier 2 on which an electrostatic latent image is formed, an electrifying means 3 for electrifying the image carrier with a prescribed polarity, an exposing means 7 for image-exposing the image carrier, plural color developer carrier 1 for developing the image formed on the image carrier, a transfer means 8 for putting developed color images on top of one another and transferring the images to a recording medium, plural temporary recovering bodies 4 for every color for temporarily recovering the developer remaining on the image carrier and discharging the developer to the image carrier by a bias voltage control, and an electrifying member 5 for re-electrifying the developer remaining on the temporary recovering body with the same polarity as that of the developer on the image carrier. |
