PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the error occurs when a channel is not designated at the time of calling depending on an exchange, to which communication is connected, in the case of communication via a line such as ISDN line having plural channels. SOLUTION: Information for designating a channel can be set and when making a call, on the basis of that setting, processing of the calling is performed.
