PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a miniature lamp, in which there is no such a problem that an opening becomes inadequate by an abrasion between a plate cam for opening a side chuck and a rubbing part of a cog member, and in which there is no problem of maintenance cost associated with the problem. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the miniature lamp is comprised of: a turntable; a driving mechanism, which intermittently turns the turntable; a side chuck, which catches a lead-in wire that has been arranged at an established interval along a perimeter side of the turntable; and an assembling/manufacturing means of each mounting part, which has been arranged corresponding to a stop position of the side chuck in an intermittent driving. Each side chuck is composed of: a pair of cog members, which are secured rotatably against the turntable and of which tips are placed adjacent to each other; an inner plate, which is placed between the tips of the paired cog members and fixed against the turntable; a driving member, which drives the paired cog members toward the inner plate; and a cam member, which switches the cog member that is inserted between the paired cog members. A bearing member is arranged on the cam side of the cam member, which is rubbed with the cog member.
