PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footing earthquake resistant construction using a ground anchor and a diaphragm wall and a footing earthquake resistance reinforcing method. SOLUTION: The footing earthquake resistant construction constituted of the diaphragm wall 1 embedded shallower than a bearing layer and a structure 2 reinforced by the ground anchor 4 in a ground deformation controlling area surrounded by the diaphragm wall 1 is used. The structure is reinforced by the ground anchor 4, and the ground anchor 4 is surrounded by the diaphragm wall 1 embedded shallower than the bearing layer 3 to use the footing earthquake resistance reinforcing method forming the ground deformation controlling area.
