PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a plurality of devices flexibly cooperate with each other to be controlled. SOLUTION: In this electronic equipment controller consisting of an operator 2 receiving a request from a user and a plurality of controllers 1, the controllers 1 can control the cooperating action of the plurality of devices 3A and 3B by having two independent control code performing means 14A and 14B for downloading control codes from the devices 3A and 3B being control objects on the basis of an instruction of the operator 2 and performing the control codes and a control code generating means 13 for generating a control code to be carried out on another controller.
