PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a data line driving circuit capable of suppressing display unevenness or the like from being generated and also relieving the concentration of currents. SOLUTION: In a data line driving circuit having sample-and-hold(S/H) circuit group performing the data writing to plural drain lines, that is, data lines of a TFT liquid crystal display panel, respective S/H circuits have functions inhibiting outputs to the drain lines individually and also functions making the outputting of the S/H circuit group to be operated in the time-division manner for a fixed period from the start of the data writing to the liquid crystal display panel.
