The device for guiding sheets of paper into selected paths from two or more alternatives comprises a moving belt (6) which guides the paper and is mounted in the machine casing on an axle (8). The position of the guide is adjusted by a controller (5) with a Z-shaped connector. One arm (12) of this fits into a bore in the side of the guide and the other (13) is connected to the control.
