The pen has an open slide guide (13) for a locking member (14) which is guided axially in the guide radially displaceable relative thereto. At least two slide guides and four locking members can be provided around the circumference of the pen. The slide guide is mounted on the press button knob (11). In the writing position the locking member is trapped axially between the walls of the guide.
