PURPOSE: A portable phone case is provided to allow flip or folder type portable phone to be used in the water, while allowing the portable phone to be easily inserted into or taken out from the phone case. CONSTITUTION: A portable phone case is characterized in that a tube body(30) is formed integrally with both edges of a front surface and a rear surface(20) constituting a vinyl pack, and a pocket for containing the phone body is formed at the front surface of the vinyl pack. The top of a rear surface of a pocket is attached to the top of the front surface of the vinyl pack. A fixing band(2) is extended from both sides of the pocket so as to allow the folder type portable phone to be contained in the pocket in a folded state. The pocket has rings(4) having an insertion portion(3), and the fixing band is inserted into the insertion portion of the ring, thus fixing the pocket containing the phone body.
