PURPOSE: A bidirectional twisting machine of chain for accessories provides new articles to a user inexpensively by enabling bidirectional twisting processing of any chain regardless of sizes and types of the chain for accessories, and the chain for accessories manufactured using the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a processing machine of chain for accessories in which the chain for accessories is processed in a screw or twisted doughnut shape by twisting the chain for accessories in a direction, the bidirectional twisting machine of the chain for accessories comprises a chain transfer supply part comprising a chain moving distance adjusting rack(10) which is reciprocated by a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder by setting twisting gap and idling section of the chain for accessories, and a chain moving pinion assembly(20) that is driven by the chain moving distance adjusting rack(10); and a chain twisting part comprising a chain twisting adjusting shaft(31) and a chain twisting operating rack(33) that are reciprocated by a chain twisting operating cylinder(30), and a chain twisting mold housing assembly that twists the chain as the chain twisting mold housing assembly is being driven in both directions by the chain twisting operating rack(33).
