An Aloe Vera (AV) comprising beauty-care composition (I) being in the form of confectionery obtained by treating pieces of peeled AV leaves with sugar solution, is new. An Independent claim is included for the preparation of (I), by soaking peeled AV leaves for at least 3 days in sugar solution having a density of at least 1.16 (15 deg Baume).
