The invention concerns a database comprising a data file. Said file consists of at least a (client) group of entities each provided with a plurality of entries (name, address, code) and it is characterised in that it comprises, for each entity, one line per entry, each line comprises a identifier (1) of the entity, the name of the entry (name, address, code) and the contents of said entry (Alpha, 1087 Job street, 01001). The invention also concerns a method for constituting and a method for consulting such a data file.
