<p>The present invention provides multi-protein complexes, and sub-complexes thereof, and methods of producing the same. Preferably, the complexes comprise an NMDA receptor. The present invention further provides methods of identifying a compound for treating disorders and conditions associated with dysfunction of NMDA receptors in the central nervous system. Additionally, there are provided methods of diagnosing or aiding diagnosis of disorders and conditions associated with dysfunction of NMDA receptors in the central nervous system.</p> |
