METHOD FOR PROVIDING PUBLIC TELEPHONE WITH CALL SERVICE USING ADVERTISEMENT

PURPOSE: A method for providing a public telephone with a call service using an advertisement is provided to enable an internal call to be performed free and an international call and other various services to be used at a low cost in according to a time(or frequency) during looking and listening an advertisement by allowing a user to look and listen the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A common carrier server(100) is provided with a line by paying a rental fee for the line(1). An advertiser server(400) contracts an advertisement rates with the common carrier server(100) and then provides advertisement information with the common carrier server(100)(2). The common carrier server(100) downloads the advertisement information from the advertiser server(400) and displays the downloaded information on a public telephone terminal(300)(3). The public telephone terminal(300) provides a looking and listening frequency of advertisement with the common carrier server(100)(4). The common carrier server(100) calculates the rental fee by using the looking and listening frequency of advertisement and asks the advertiser server(400) to pay the calculated rental fee(5). The advertiser server(400) pays the above rental fee(6).
