The invention concerns a floating floor (1) with controlled sonority, said floor being set on a support (7) and comprising laminated laths (2), said laths being interlocked with one another. The invention is characterised in that a layer consisting of a modified bitumen sheet (5) is bonded beneath the laths, the bonding being carried out at room temperature, said modified bitumen sheet having delayed bonding effect and comprising a non-oxidised road bitumen, fillers and at least a polymer. The invention also concerns a bitumen sheet and laminated laths for making such a floor.
