<p>To part of the Internet (300), a network segment (201) having an authentication function (200a), a menu function (200b), a data communication path fixing function (200c), a packet collecting function (200d), a charging information generating function (200e), and an internal contents server (202) is connected. Via the network segment (201), a user of an information communication terminal (100) such as a portable terminal (101) or a computer (102) can access the information resource such as the external contents server (301) in the Internet (300), a contents server (401) in an intranet (400), and the internal contents server (202). The network segment (201) collects IP datagrams at the Ethernet packet level by the packet collecting function (200d) and collects communication logs including URLs at the HTTP level built on the TCP/IP protocol by the data communication path fixing function (200c). By collating the results with each other, the amounts of the accessed data are totaled by URLs (usage purposes) for each information communication terminal (100) and charging is performed by usage purposes.</p> |
