PURPOSE: To prevent a short-circuit of both electrodes even if a force from an external pressure or a folding or the like is added during a manufacturing process or when it is completed and utilized. CONSTITUTION: In a lithium ion battery which comprises a layered structure 10 formed by laminating a positive electrode 1, a solid polyelectrolyte layer 2 of a gelatinous at a positive electrode side, a separator 3, a solid polyelectrolyte layer 4 of gelatinous at a negative electrode side, and the negative electrode 5, and after winding it in multiple times and being compressed, insulating materials 8a, 8c is installed in an end part of the positive electrode 1 and the negative electrode 5 and in respective opposite sides of the electrolyte, insulating materials 8b, 8d, 8e, 8f are installed. By this, electric short-circuiting can be avoided in the positive electrode 1 and the negative electrode 5 caused by aging or by the fact that a layer structure 10 is compressed by an external pressing force. |
