Detergents in liquid to gel form containing liquid and solid starting components which are mixed with each other are produced by conveying liquid from a reservoir (1) into a dispergator (3) through a first line (2), dispersing components delivered through a second line (4) and the liquid from the reservoir (1) with each other in the dispergator (1) and returning the resulting dispersion to the reservoir through a third line (5), the components contained in the liquid being enriched (1), or conveying the resulting dispersion into a different container.
