PURPOSE: Provided are a process for producing a thermosetting hydrophilic polymer modified asphalt emulsion for making asphalt concrete for an asphalt pavement at an ordinary temperature, cemphalt pavement and etc. and a paving method. CONSTITUTION: The thermosetting hydrophilic polymer-modified asphalt emulsion is produced by adding a hydrophilic functional polymer to an asphalt emulsion(cation, anion, nonion), wherein the hydrophilic polymer exhausts ammonia or amine and becomes water-insoluble by heating and the hydrophilic functional polymer becomes water-insoluble by heating. And the paving method comprises the steps of: making the asphalt concrete by using the asphalt emulsion; spreading the asphalt concrete on a road; making the asphalt concrete hard by using hardening equipment; and heat-curing the pavement. |
