PURPOSE: An antivirus agent and an anticancer drug are provided, which have anti-bacteria, anticancer and protection effects by restraining retrovirus, bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms of adult T-cell diabetes, AIDS virus, etc., therefore it can be used as an antivirus agent, an anticancer drug, an anti-bacteria agent, a bactericide, and a pesticide without side effects. CONSTITUTION: Active principles are induced from unsaturated fatty acid by carefully selecting and washing sesame, drying with moisture 15%, and pressuring and extracting without heating, and induced from alkali solution by carefully selecting and washing goldenrod, drying in the sun, and extracting in hot water. The composite extraction is obtained from the alkali solution and the unsaturated fatty acid at a ratio of about 1:1 to 1:5. In the extracting process, the amount of water is 5-1000 times of goldenrod weight and it is processed at 70-100deg.C for 5 minutes to 10 hours. In which the unsaturated fatty acid is one among protein, amino acid, methionine and calcium, and the alkali solution is one among caffeicacid, quercetin, rutin, and astragalin.
