PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a polyester type finished yarn having excellent luster, color development, surface touch and fastness, and being useful for shirt, skirt and jacket for women in spring and autumn. CONSTITUTION: The polyester type finished yarn is obtained by a process containing the steps of: air-confounding 80-120denier of a drawn yarn or a false twist yarn of poly tri-methylene terephthalate(PTT) and 50-100denier of a polyester(PET) flat yarn, a luster yarn to produce 100-200denier of the polyester type finished yarn; and then dyeing at room temperature under atmospheric pressure. As the luster yarn, the polyester flat yarn is replaced with 20-30denier of a polyester triangle-section single filament yarn.
