PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent twist of the main body of a bag, and pouches and its handle when an attaching metal part is assembled with the main body. SOLUTION: An attaching metal part 2 has a rotatable supporting axis 9 held on the bottom wall 6 of a wall-having pipe 3 to which an end of a handle part 1 is inserted and fixed. A connecting piece 4 which is connected with the main body is also assembled with the supporting axis 9. Even if the connection of the connecting piece 4 with the main body is not accurate in position or direction, twist does not occur because the wall-having pipe 3 and the connecting piece 4 is mutually rotatable.
