PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent rubbery elastomer having improved characteristics such as low-temperature resistance and ozone resistance. SOLUTION: This hydrogenated chloroprene-based rubber composition contains a vulcanizing agent in a polymer obtained by introducing hydrogen into a chloroprene-based polymer obtained by polymerizing a 2-chloro-1,3- butadiene monomer and optionally a monomer copolymerizable therewith, to convert a part of the carbon-carbon double bonds present in the polymer to a single bond.
