PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety and operation performance of a disposal unit 1 combining an inner unit 8 and an outer unit 9 to cope with any quantity of a liquid medicine. SOLUTION: Inner hooks 13 and outer hooks 14 are mounted on the inner unit 8 and on the outer unit 9 respectively in the disposal unit 1. Therefore, the inner unit 8 and the outer unit 9 can be integrated automatically by engaging the outer unit 9 with the inner unit 8, so that the disposal unit can be manufactured at a low cost and the operation performance and the safety of the disposal unit can be improved. In addition, as only the inner diameter of the inner unit 8 is changed to the size D5 (in total, including attachments) according to the quantity of medicine liquid while the inner diameter of the outer unit 9 is unchanged, the disposal unit can cope with any quantity of the liquid medicine at a low cost.
