PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair capable of being moved freely by even a hemiplegia person and running by operation of a movable foot or one hand. SOLUTION: The wheelchair comprises a wheelchair body on which the hemiplegia person with non-disabled feet can sit, at least three or more wheels mounted to the lower end of the wheelchair body, a crawler mounted to the wheelchair body that is rotatable by a forwardly moving operation of the foot of the hemiplegia person sitting on the wheelchair body, and a rotation driving force transmitting means for transmitting the rotation driving force of the crawler to at least one or more of at least three or more wheels.
