PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet having a wide molding condition, good product appearance and good preforming properties, and a laminate using this laminated sheet. SOLUTION: As the laminated sheet 1, there are a case formed into an integrated two-layered structure, wherein a surface woody layer 2 based on natural wood and a rear adhesive layer 3 having adhesiveness with respect to a thermoplastic resin composition are brought to a mutual direct contact state, and a case formed into an integrated three-layered structure, wherein a reinforcing layer 4 having flexibility is interposed between the surface woody layer 2 and the rear adhesive layer 4 to be brought into direct contact with the woody layer 2, and the reinforcing layer 4 and the adhesive layer 3 are brought to a mutual direct contact state. The reinforcing layer 4 comprises, for example, a nonwoven fabric. The adhesive layer 3 comprises, for example, the nonwoven fabric and an adhesive infiltrated into this nonwoven fabric. The laminate consists of the laminated sheet 1 and the molded object made of the thermoplastic resin composition brought into direct contact with the adhesive layer 3 applied to the rear surface of the laminated sheet to be integrated therewith.
