PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the efficient packing and burying of refuse in a waste disposal plant which is already coming to be filled full and to allow the treatment of the more refuse by effective utilization. SOLUTION: The refuse deposited in the waste disposal plant is subjected to boring and the excavated refuse is pressed and further, the refuse of the surface layers deposited in the waste disposal plant exclusive of the hole is thrown into the formed hole 22. The thrown-in refuse is successively pressed to lower the surface layer face position of the refuse deposited in the waste disposal plant.
