<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a rib of a desired shape in forming the rib of a plasma display panel by a sandblast method using a coating type blast mask consisting of print patterns. SOLUTION: This blast mask forming ink, having 300,000 cPs viscosity or more in a share rate 0.1S-1 by a rotational viscometer and burning properties in a baking process of the rib is used as an ink for printing on a rib material layer 14 and forming the film blast mask 15. It is thus possible to dispense with a peeling process, causing no poor formation resulting from chipping of a top corner as the rib of a rib material, and to extremely improve yield. The process is significantly simplified since a photo lithography method is not used in the forming process of the blast mask.</p> |
