摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active-energy-ray-curable graft copolymer which is excellent in compatibility with an active-energy-ray-curable compound and is quickly cured by the irradiation with an active energy ray, forming a film excellent in adhesion to a substrate and in hardness, water resistance, durability, etc., and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This active-energy-ray-curable graft copolymer has a main chain comprising one of two polymers, i.e., a polymer having amino and carboxyl groups and a polymer having active-energy-ray-curable functional groups, and side chains comprising the other of the two polymers and is produced by reacting at least either a graft copolymer which has a main chain comprising a polymer having tertiary amino and hydroxyl groups and side chains comprising a carboxylated polymer or a graft copolymer which has a main chain comprising a carboxylated polymer and side chains comprising a polymer having tertiary amino and hydroxyl groups with an epoxy monomer having an active-energy-ray-curable functional group and reacting the resultant product with a dibasic acid anhydride.
