PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inspect a screw shaft every day on board without depending on docking or a diver in a case where a floatage, a rope, or the like twines around the screw shaft during sailing. SOLUTION: The bottom of a ship is seen from on-board of the ship by a device in which a reflecting mirror 7 is mounted on the lower part of the inside of a pipe having length of 150 cm and the inside diameter of 12 cm and a pipe having the diameter of 20c m is attached at an single of 150 deg.. The angle of the mirror can be changed from above. Buoyancy adjusting lead is attached to the lower part by being directed by a directing grip handle with a head part fixing band on the pipe upper part, and buoyancy is adjusted.
