PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for molding a concrete product wherein emitted dew is prevented from leaking by getting rid of a joining part of a side form of the form for manufacturing the concrete product to a side edge of a bottom board of an inner form, and opening and closing operation of the side form is made safe and good in an operation property. SOLUTION: For the form for molding the concrete product comprising an inner form 3 provided on an underframe 2; a pair of side forms 4 opening and closing on both side in a longitudinal direction of the inner form 3; and a pair of side boards 5 provided on front and rear both ends in the longitudinal direction of the inner form 3, a bottom face board 3A of the inner form 3 is connected to a side face board 4A of the side form 4 by a connection board 7 having elasticity, and a part of the connection board 7 constitutes a molded face of the concrete product.
